Collect UPC panels (barcodes) from any style Go Fast Energy Drink 4-Pack (Regular, Light or OCC) and earn Fast Points for great gear and special offers from Go Fast!

Each UPC is worth 1 Fast Point. When placing your order, please include the actual UPC panel from the bottom of the 4-pack box. Copies or any other facsimiles of the UPC will not be accepted.

General Program Information
1. The Go Fast Sports & Beverage Company offers program membership to individuals 18 years or older only and not to corporations or other entities. You must maintain a U.S. (including U.S. territories), address to receive, earn and redeem Fast Points, and receive Fast Point incentives.
2. You earn Fast Points by collecting UPC (barcode) panels from Go Fast Energy Drink 4-pack boxes. Each UPC is worth 1 Fast Point Unless otherwise noted on the UPC.
 Program Communications
1. As a Go Fast Energy Drink Fast Points customer you will receive e-mailed newsletters describing special program news, promotions and benefits.
2. You may use Fast Points in the U.S only and items earned will only be sent to US addresses.
 Earning Points
1. You earn Fast Points by collecting UPC (barcode) panels from Go Fast Energy Drink 4-pack boxes. Each UPC is worth 1 Fast Point Unless otherwise noted on the UPC. There is no cash value for Fast Points UPC panels.
2. As a Fast Points collector, you are the only person who may earn points for your reward.
3. You earn points for various reward products that will be listed on the www.GoFastSports.com/fastpoints website. Items and point values can be changed at any time without notice. Earned reward products can be subject to shipping and handling charges and such charges are the responsibility of the consumer and not Go Fast Sports & Beverage Company.
4. Actual cut out UPC (bar codes) from the bottom of Go Fast Energy Drink 4-packs will be considered viable forms of proof of purchase. Copies of such, and other reproductions of the UPC will not be considered viable forms of proof of purchase.
5. FAST POINTS expire on December 31, 2008
6. Allow a minimum of 3 weeks from the date your Fast Point Order Form and UPC Fast Points are received by Go Fast Sports & Beverage Company to receive your reward product order.
 Fast Points Rewards
1. Rewards are subject to availability and participation. Items and point values can be changed at any time without notice.
2. Go Fast Sports & Beverage Company may periodically modify the Fast Points Program, with or without notice, by adding, changing or deleting specific rewards, points given, reward thresholds, and/or participating partners. If Go Fast Sports & Beverage Company modifies the Fast Points Program, you may not be able to obtain rewards previously promoted. You will not be given personal notice of such changes.
3. You are responsible for any tax liability and disclosure obligations related to your Fast Points Rewards and all other rewards. Go Fast Sports & Beverage Company may need tax identification information from participants prior to shipping certain rewards. Such tax identification information will be used to properly inform the IRS of rewards of such value that require such reporting to the IRS.
 Customer Record Changes
1. You are responsible for advising Go Fast Sports & Beverage Company through the Go Fast Sports & Beverage Company Customer Service of any name change. You must provide Go Fast Sports & Beverage Company with any government/state issued photo i.d., such as a drivers' license, including your signature, plus the date of your request, for name change requests.
2. You are responsible for advising Go Fast Sports & Beverage Company of any changes in your contact information including address, phone number or email address.

Other Terms and Conditions
1. Go Fast Sports & Beverage Co. may add, modify or delete Program terms or conditions with or without notice, and may terminate the Program at any time, even prior to December 31, 2008.
2. You may not transfer your points to anyone or by any means, including through a will or divorce decree.
3. You may not combine your points with points belonging to anyone else, including your spouse or significant other.
4. You may not sell or barter points or redeem Fast Points for cash.
5. You are responsible for understanding the Program rules, tracking your points and maintaining the security of your account.
6. Go Fast Sports & Beverage Co. and its partners are not responsible for delayed, lost or misdirected mail, statements or other correspondence.
7. If Go Fast Sports & Beverage Co. terminates the program, you must redeem your points for Rewards and complete your reward stays within ninety days from the date of the Program End to avoid forfeiting your points.
8. Go Fast Sports & Beverage Co. and its partners at their subjective discretion can challenge the validity of some or all of your Fast Points or other rewards accrued or issued at any time and may take appropriate administrative and legal action if you abuse, violate or defraud the Program points or reward redemption, or any federal, state or local law.
9. The Fast Points Program and/or point rewarding or redeeming is void where prohibited by law.
10. The Fast Points Program will be governed by Colorado law, without regard to Colorado conflicts of laws principles.
11. By your participation in the Program, you agree that Go Fast Sports & Beverage Company has the sole discretion to interpret all Program rules and regulations and you hereby agree by your participation in the program to abide by Go Fast Sports & Beverage Company's subjective interpretations of these rules.
 Privacy Statement
1. Go Fast Sports & Beverage Co. respects the privacy of its customers and is committed to protecting your personal information. Go Fast Sports & Beverage Co. and its affiliates use and share personal information about our customers in order to administer customers’ accounts and to offer and provide rewards, benefits, products, goods, and services to customers in connection with the Program. "Affiliates" are companies that are owned or controlled by Go Fast Sports & Beverage Co. or are under contract with Go Fast Sports & Beverage Co. for the purposes of providing Fast Point Rewards.
2. Go Fast Sports & Beverage Co. and its affiliates may share personal information with third parties engaged to assist them in providing services to you or to carry out one of the business purposes described above. 3. If you elect to participate in this Program to earn Fast Point Rewards, you authorize Go Fast Sports & Beverage Co. and its affiliates to share your personal information with such Program partners to the extent necessary to complete your request.
3. To the extent required or permitted by law, Go Fast Sports & Beverage Co. and its affiliates may collect, use and disclose your personal information in connection with security related or law enforcement investigations or in the course of cooperating with authorities or complying with legal requirements.
4. By becoming a Fast Points Collector/customer, you authorize Go Fast Sports & Beverage Co. and its affiliates to contact you via e-mail with Program administrative and transactional information.
5. Go Fast Sports & Beverage Co. and its affiliates may occasionally contact you via e-mail and postal mail about Program promotions, special offers, discounts, Fast Point bonuses, or contests. If you would prefer not to receive these communications, you may instruct Go Fast Sports & Beverage Co. to remove your name and address as specified in #7 below.
6. Go Fast Sports & Beverage Co. and its affiliates may occasionally share your personal information for marketing purposes to companies that are business associates, which may include airlines, hotels, retailers, telecommunications companies, credit card companies, banks and financial institutions, affinity membership program operators, restaurants, tradeshow operators, magazines and other publishers, and charitable organizations. You may instruct Go Fast Sports & Beverage Co. not to share your personal information as specified in #7 below.
7. Subject to reasonable notice, you may withdraw your consent and opt-out of receiving promotions and offers as described in #5 above or having your personal information shared with business associates as described in #6 above by one of the following methods:
