workout. How does it work? It’s easy. Athletes download a FitBeat
program from the FitBeat website (www.fitbeats.com),
load it onto their MP3 player, and they’re off and running,
or doing cardio, or lifting weights, or cooling down. And every
several minutes, a soothing coach’s voice cuts through the music,
urging the athlete to slow down, speed up, cool down, etc.
Programs include cycling workouts, running and walking workouts,
even an AbJam, to help athletes get through what to many is
a chore: abdominal exercises.
Nordica
USA and Go Fast announced plans to
create a partnership for the 2005 - 2006 ski season. As part
of the partnership, Nordica representatives will be armed with
Go Fast energy drinks to keep ski shop employees fueled for
the busy selling season. Additionally, Go Fast will be supplying
sample energy drinks for Nordica consumer demo events on snow.
