 On October 1st following the week-long Interbike Expo in Las Vegas, Nevada top-notch mountain bikers raced their hearts out in the desert heat at the Go Fast 12 Hours of Bootleg Canyon. The course was set on the singletrack used during Interbike’s Dirt Demo Days, and challenged the best of the best for the grueling test of endurance and equipment. Go Fast Athlete and 2003 World Champion Cristina Begy came out on top winning the women’s overall but even more impressive she placed 2nd Overall including the men. Now that’s a Go Fast Girl! The date is still being set for 2006 but the Go Fast 12 Hours of Bootleg Canyon will be back next fall!
